Brindar soporte técnico a las líneas de producción mediante el monitoreo, control y mejora de los procesos de manufactura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los indicadores de calidad, productividad, seguridad y entrega al cliente

- Atención inmediata a desviaciones de proceso en SMT
- Seguimiento a indicadores
- Escalación oportuna de fallas críticas
- Control de parámetros de proceso
- Participación activa en proyectos Kaizen
- Creación y actualización checklists, hojas de parámetros, PFMEA
- Programación y ajuste básico de equipos SMT
- Carrera técnica mecatrónica, electrónica, automatización o afín
- Experiencia en ambiente EMS
- Impresoras DEK
- Manejo de Hornos de reflujo, Dispensadoras Camalot, Press Fit, Torques control, Router y Adhesivos industriales
