Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North .

Reporting to the VP, Operations , Process Engineering Manager role involves Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.

What a typical day looks like:

• Establish and improve process capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations.
• Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
• Improve throughput in constrained areas.
• Develop, test and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
• Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
• Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Experience in SMT and assembly
• Managing multiple clients
• Advanced English
• Troubleshooting tools
• Equipment management experience (engineering and technical)
• Experience with NPI
• Process improvement
• Management of project development to satisfy client needs
• Improve operation metrics
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve performance of problem areas
