Job Summary

Sumary:

We're looking to add a Process Engineering Manager in Guadalajara North, reporting to the Director, Operations.

Responsible for managing a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.

• Establish and improve process capabilities.

• Develop and maintain process documentation.

• Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.

• Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.

• Improve throughput in constrained areas.

• Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.

• Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.

• Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.

• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with mechanical assemblies.
• Experience assembling racks.
• Previous experience in power systems, embedded power, or similar areas.
• Experience with PCBAs.
• Previous experience leading personnel/teams.
