Job Summary

o support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Suzhou Wuzhong site.

Reporting to the PE Manager, the Process Engineer role involves...

What a typical day looks like:

• New product introduction input (from SMT to Package)
• Understand DFM report and support customer to optimize the design
• Review customer BOM and add relative package to release to system
• Production WI create and upload system and update
• Review customer ECO and release to system
• Assist QE to analysis customer complain issues
• Analysis Material quality issue and provide the objective evidence to SQE
• Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production
• Oversee new process equipment production
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters
• Trouble shoot process related issues
• Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
• Evaluate and select various engineered materials
• Complete other relative delegated job

• College or above degree
• 4+ years o of PE or ME experience for SMT, PCBA.
• Have good communication skill with OEM customer;
• Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge.
• Good English capability。
