Job Summary
We are looking for a new Pricing (Quoting) Manager employee to be based in Lodz .
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead and develop the Pricing team, ensuring excellence in pricing strategies, tools, and methodologies.
- Define and implement local pricing strategies for new and existing products and services, including support for product launches and commercial initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive data, and profitability, including complex cross-market and cross-product analyses.
- Support Sales and Program Management in tender processes, customer negotiations, and development of bundled or value-added offers.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency, including ownership of pricing databases, benchmarks, KPIs, and pricing tools (e.g. QuickBase).
- Higher education in economics, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in pricing, or a related specialist role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven experience in cross-functional cooperation (Sales, Finance, Product, Program Management).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing models, benchmarks, and financial data.
- Fluent Polish & at least intermediate level English language knowledge
- Good command of MS Office and relevant IT systems (BAAN is an advantage).
- Eligibility to work in Poland (EU).
