To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Operations Engineering Manager located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

The OperationsEngineering Managerrole involves leading the PCBA engineering team responsible for SMT, through hole, and secondary assembly processes. Ensure stable production performance, strong quality outcomes, and effective support for new product introductions (NPI) and continuous

What a typical day looks like:

• PCBA process engineering experience; strong SMT and soldering experience..
• Lead and develop PCBA engineers and technicians; set priorities and manage daily/strategic activities.
• Own all PCBA processes-
• Drive yield, quality, and line performance improvements through structured problem solving.
• Oversee NPI readiness: DFM, tooling, documentation, prototype support, and production ramp.
• Ensure process control, and standard work.
• Partner with Operations and Quality to improve KPIs .
• Support equipment strategy, upgrades, and implementation of automation or CI projects.
• Direct customer and technical interaction.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• English advanced.
• PCBA process engineering experience; strong SMT and soldering experience.
• Experience driving yield/quality improvements and leading root cause investigations.
• Familiarity with Lean.
• Advanced PCBA technology experience (fine pitch, micro components, selective solder, coating).
• NPI leadership experience in high mix or high volume environments.
• CI certification (Green Belt/Black Belt).
