Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Machine Operator located in Henrico, VA.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Machine Operator's role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining automated production equipment while monitoring quality and inventory to ensure efficient, high-standard manufacturing.

What a typical day looks like:

• Review schedules and procedures to set up equipment, including loading components, feeders, and stencils.
• Start and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to keep production within control limits.
• Inspect products against specifications, performing reworks or equipment adjustments if quality drops.
• Track inventory, record process data, and monitor the shelf life of chemicals and sensitive parts.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and follow proper cleaning and shutdown procedures.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1-2 years of machine operation experience and completion of company training.
• Able to read complex instructions and clearly share information with teammates and supervisors.
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings/blueprints and using measurement tools like calipers and protractors.
• Ability to perform basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for weight and distance measurements.
• Use independent judgment to solve practical problems and follow instructions in various formats (written, or diagrams).
• Able to take direction from leadership and make decisions that positively impact the team's output
