Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking for a Junior Invoicing Specialist located in Łódź, Poland .

What a typical day looks like:

• Assisting in the process of creating invoices/ credit notes for the sale of goods and services
• Issuing domestic/foreign invoices
• Recording of invoices for the sale of goods and services
• Preparing sales reports
• Daily cash flow report
• Participation in monthly reporting of financial results to the corporation
• Overall accounting support

• Education: preferably in the field of Finance, Accounting
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Communicating in English and Polish is a must
• Knowledge of Ms Office
• A good knowledge of Excel
• Creative, team player, innovative mind mixed with analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Interesting and challenging work in an experienced and well-coordinated team

• Hybrid operation: 1 days Home office/ 4 days office work
• Working hours: 8:00-16:00 / 7:00-15:00
