Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Sr Manager Information Technology located in Guadalajara, North .
Reporting to the Sr Director, Information Technology, Sr Manager Information Technology role involves .... Responsible for performing a wide range of tasks varying form individual contributor to project manager for medium to large size projects, in order to provide business analysis and recommend / implement automated solutions in support of financial processes and to ensure that the technical requirements are met in each development and testing environment
What a typical day looks like:
- Establish and ensure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for Software development activities
- Analyze and define project scope, milestones, iterations, and releases for dev activities related to OneStream
- Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the dev team
- Hold regular meetings with all involved teams to ensure open communication to align priorities and expectations throughout the project
- Address customer concerns in reference to products, and deliverables
- Ensure proper communication mainly during changes in established milestones or challenges that may affect the outcome of a project's commitments
- Communicate and organize with team members to ensure individuals development
- Plan, prioritize, and manage IT support and maintenance activities to ensure that organization's information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization's information systems.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of information systems professionals and support staff to ensure that the organization's information systems are supported effectively and within budget.
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading dev teams and implementing SDLC process
- Experience organizing and managing development teams
- Extensive knowledge of applications delivery and management with experience working with Cloud solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
- Proficient using Azure DevOps, JIRA or another software to manage products development
- Experience working with global large solutions with experience working in Cloud solutions
- Ability to effectively organize and manage parallel dev groups.
