Job Summary
Support the Talent Acquisition team in the daytoday operation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition systems, including data quality, testing, and user support. This role will also assist with change enablement activities to help drive user adoption of newly introduced AI tools and features within the TA technology ecosystem.
The HR Technology Intern (Talent Acquisition) will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus .
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
- Support system testing activities for configuration changes and/or releases (e.g., validating outcomes, documenting results).
- Support issue tracking and triage, including gathering examples, reproducing issues, and coordinating with HRIS/HRIT and vendors as needed.
- Create/maintain process documentation and user guides for recruiters and HR partners. • Provide operational support for TA technology initiatives, including AIenabled recruiting tools
- Assist with data management, data quality checks, and basic audits for TA-related HRIS data.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (HR, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in HR technology / systems and process improvement
- Interest in supporting adoption of AIenabled tools.
- Enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday Recruiting)
- Handson experience supporting global Talent Acquisition operations
- Insight into HRIS governance, data privacy, and AIenabled recruiting initiatives
- Practical experience working with crossfunctional HR and IT teams
