To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Project Assistant located in Shenzhen (Willing to accept assignments or relocation to different locations as required) .
The HR Project Assistant supports HR projects across China by providing project coordination, data analysis, and administrative support. This role works closely with HR Business Partners and project owners to ensure effective project execution, accurate data consolidation, and timely progress tracking. Strong English communication skills and flexibility in work location are essential for this role.

What a typical day looks like:
- Support various HR projects across China or Asia, including planning, coordination, and follow-up on action items
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; ensure timely updates and escalation of risks or issues
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate HR-related data from multiple sources; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate communication among internal stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration
- Assist with ad-hoc HR initiatives and operational tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Oversea study experiences will be a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, or data-related roles is preferred.
- Strong data handling and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken); able to work with English-speaking stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment
- Willingness to accept temporary or long-term work location assignments across China
- Experience supporting HR transformation, system implementation, or cross-site projects
- Familiarity with HR systems or project management tools
- Exposure to multinational or matrix organizations
- Familiarity with AI-related knowledge and video editing will be an added advantage.
