Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Debug Technician located in Memphis, TN.

What a typical day looks like:

• Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level.
• Operates electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and conducts special tests as required.
• Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel.
• Collaborates with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates.
• Presents training, when necessary, to the new build and service assembler teams.
• Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications and other device history documents.
• Helps monitor productivity of our equipment by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates.
• Assists with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Develops and maintains Debug Guide to troubleshoot PCBA.
• Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians.

• Maintains general awareness of relevant technologies and techniques.
• Uses functional knowledge to support processes and daily work activities.
• Technical skills apply appropriately to assigned tasks.
• Prepares basic reports, correspondence, and procedural documentation as needed.
• Communicates information clearly and responds to questions from managers and customers.
• Works with basic mathematical concepts, including percentages, ratios, and simple statistical principles, in practical situations.
• Uses problem-solving skills to gather information, understand issues, and support sound conclusions.
• Follows technical instructions provided in written, diagrammatic, or numerical formats and works with both concrete and abstract information.
