Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Clinic Doctor located in Tijuana.

Reporting to the EH&S Manager, the Clinic Doctor's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate and manage the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.
• Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
• Coordinate and supervise for securing the development of all records, equipment and programs related to occupational health services.
• Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with Environmental Health and Safety.
• Responsible of operations and human resources to develop operations, programs and services providing content expertise.
• Supervise and ensure assistance with the accidents investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.
• Ensure that direct patient care, case management and primary care for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Experience in medical devices Industries

• Intermediate English.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Specialization in occupational medicine.
• Experience in regulatory compliance (NOM-030, Occupational Health, Ergonomics, Psychosocial).
• Health hazard assessment and surveillance of employees' population
• Responsible for direct and indirect supervision of health services staff and enforcement of standards relating to occupational health and prevention health programs.
• Make decisions that can directly impact the health of employees and manage sensitive information related to employees' health and company data.
