Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we're looking to add a Branding & Communications Intern located in our Memphis, TN site.
Reporting to the Program Management Organization, this role will support internal communications, branding, and employee engagement initiatives with a strong emphasis on visual excellence, storytelling, and brand consistency. The intern will work on real, highimpact projects that support business needs, gain exposure to senior and sitelevel leadership, and help bring our site and employer brand to life across internal platforms.
This role supports sitewide and executivelevel communications, requiring strong attention to detail, sound visual judgment, and the ability to translate ideas into polished, onbrand, and engaging content suitable for leadership audiences.

What a typical day looks like:
- Support the creation of internal communication materials including newsletters, announcements, campaigns, and employee spotlights
- Develop branded visual assets such as PowerPoint presentations, templates, graphics, and digital content aligned with corporate brand guidelines
- Assist in the development of executiveready presentations, ensuring clarity, visual consistency, and professional storytelling
- Draft and adapt messaging for internal platforms including Teams, SharePoint, digital screens, and email communications
- Support visual storytelling efforts that highlight site achievements, company culture, values, and employee experiences
- Assist with photography and basic video creation/editing for events, internal campaigns, and leadership communications
- Help design and support logos, apparel, signage, and promotional materials for site initiatives and engagement programs
- Maintain and update SharePoint pages and internal content, ensuring accuracy, ease of navigation, freshness, and visual consistency
- Support communication and branding efforts for key initiatives such as onboarding, recognition, wellness, learning, and community events
- Collaborate closely with Program Managers, site leadership, and crossfunctional partners to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Seniorlevel undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong PowerPoint and visual presentation design skills, with an eye for executivelevel quality
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools
- Working knowledge of photography and basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and branding
- Strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards
- Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently and proactively
Applicants must provide a portfolio or work samples, which may include presentation design, branding projects, graphics, photography, video content, or digital platforms.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Internal communications that are visually consistent, engaging, and professionally executed
- Presentations and materials that require minimal rework for leadership review
- Positive employee engagement with internal content and campaigns
- Strong working relationships with Program Management and site leadership
- Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
- Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
- 3.0 minimum GPA
