Automation Engineer

• Feasibility study, technical analysis even lab testing for customer New product/process vision applying requirement

• Vision Software architecture & design via programming

• GUI & HMI design and implementation, special as portion of vision function

• Conduct and supervise integration and service by technicians and user engineers

• Collaboration with Machine controls for whole line process, even shop-floor management systems, like PLC's, Drivers, Robots controllers, material feeding, MES, ERP based on Industrial communications protocols

• Support &collaborate whole system Commissioning, Qualification, de-bugging, training &service

• Create and maintain related Vision system documentation (logics & functional schematics, state machines, business scenarios, sequencing & timing diagrams, process flows, acceptance test procedures, technical/operational/maintenance manuals)

• Manage the vision system configuration control and function release based on version control

• Coordinate project activities with other associates, outside vendors/contractors and customers.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree and majored in Automation engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• 2 or above years working experiences in programming by NI Vision/Halcon/VisionPro/Matrox... for Vision development, Good at AI vision be Plus

• Good knowledge image processing, computer vision, and signal interface, and simulate modelling and configurate HW & vision parameter.

• Professional Background on projection optics & imaging arithmetic be plus

• Skillful on evaluating light, Len, CCD, have experience on developing vision project independently

• Well known Application on Serial & Bus communication protocol: Ethernet/ Profibus, RS232/422/485,TCP/IP and others
