Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition based in Chennai, India.
This is a strategic, analytics-driven Talent Acquisition role focused on delivering actionable data insights, leading TA initiatives and projects, driving process improvements, and providing end-to-end hiring support aligned to business needs.
What a Typical day looks like:
1. Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards
- Own and deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition analytics across hiring, sourcing, pipeline health, and outcomes, identifying trends and opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Deliver executiveready dashboards, presentations, and insights for TA Head, HR, and senior leadership on a scheduled and adhoc basis to enable strategic, datadriven decisionmaking.
- Provide real-time market intelligence on talent availability, hiring trends, salaries, competitors, and candidate insights to TA and business leaders.
- Translate market data into practical hiring strategies and recommendations aligned to business needs.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, standardization, and candidate experience through data and best practices.
- Evaluate sourcing effectiveness, recommend new channels, and support adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Lead and deliver strategic TA initiatives across analytics, process transformation, employer branding, and recruitment technology.
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and governance to ensure projects are delivered on time and with measurable impact.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with the TA team to achieve shared hiring goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8+ years of professional management experience, and minimum 5 years in Talent acquisition.
- Prior Experience managing talent acquisition in shared service environment and/or manufacturing exposure is highly desirable.
- Proven exposure to TA analytics, reporting, and data-driven hiring models.
- Deep understanding of market intelligence and hiring trends.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms will be an added advantage..
