Job Summary

A purchasing professional who can quickly and accurately process Inventory Redistribution planning in a fast-paced environment. Has excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

What a typical day looks like:
- Handle a team of 15+ IRP Coordinators
- Manage Opportunities on Inventory across flex sites, mitigate excess across sites.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide insights to management.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Monitor the performance weekly.
- Educate sites on the Actuals of Inventory Control Management
- Monthly Projections to flex sites on the Inventory Control measures and the Success
- Quarterly Connect with sites and the Governance team on the Success
- Proven Expertise & Demonstrated Leadership Skills in terms of critical conflict resolution, Optimum Resource management, Coaching/Mentoring the team.
- Purchasing, Planning and Supply Chain knowledge/experience
- Review and develop inventory control policies and procedures aligned with site and corporate requirements.
- Support intersite materials evaluation, audit readiness, and compliance with Flex's standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with purchasing managers, business unit leaders, and warehouse teams to meet service and delivery expectations.
- Must be able to analyze supply chain for Demand and Excess.
- Should have Knowledge in Inventory Redistribution Planning.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Engineering Graduates
- Experience: 10 to 15 yrs. Procurement / Supply Chain experience preferred
- Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF).
- Strong communication, leadership, and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in inventory software (ERP/WMS).
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
