Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Engineering Support Specialist located in Taiwan Taipei Design site. Reporting to the Design manager, the Engineering Support Specialist role responsible for engineering activities including BOM preparation, ECO/ECN release and design document.

What a typical day looks like:

• Create part P/N in component database system, prepare engineering BOM.

• Review BOM with R&D team and release ECO/MCO in the system.

• Perform simple board rework or debugging.

• Review critical components with R&D team and propose 2nd source in BOM.

• Support engineering design center activities service such as sample shipment, regular meeting and document management.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree with engineering background.

• At least 2 years of working experience in electronics related products.

• Familiar with engineering BOM, ECO/MCO process, SOP, product datasheet.

• Familiar for power electronics components and understanding the schematic is preferred.

• Highly self-motivated to engage with R&D team to support document preparation and assist R&D daily work.
