To support our outstanding teams who create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking a Asociate Security Supervisor in North Guadalajara.

Your objective is to ensure a safe work environment for operations.

A typical day includes:

Experience performing a similar role in asset security, monitoring security systems, and implementing security measures within manufacturing or corporate facilities.

Knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, intrusion alarms, and related electronic equipment.

Experience with network infrastructure and connectivity related to security systems.

Basic to intermediate programming and troubleshooting skills for security platforms, automation, or system integrations.

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with security certifications, standards, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, CTPAT, TAPA, ISO 9001, or similar certifications is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience coordinating suppliers, audits, investigations, and security-related projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

English conversational is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field ( Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related).
