Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Analyst Client Technologies located in Batam, Indonesia.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support network and infrastructure operations, including coordination with regional/global teams (Core Switch, WLC, SDWAN).
• Handle server operations & incident management (e.g., patching, alerts, root cause analysis).
• Maintain IT governance & documentation (Disaster Recovery, server room procedures, audit readiness).
• Support and coordinate CapEx / infrastructure projects (network upgrade, hardware refresh).
• Provide factory IT support for production systems, engineering needs, and daily troubleshooting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Engineering, Vendors).

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years experience in IT infrastructure / operations support
• Strong knowledge in:
  • Network (LAN/WAN, SDWAN basic)
  • Server & OS (Windows, patching, troubleshooting)
  • IT incident & problem management
• Experience in manufacturing / shopfloor environment is preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with global teams.
