Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr Analyst - Accounts Payable in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Sound Knowledge in End-to-End AP process

• Address Supplier AP Queries with Qualitative Response

• Perform vendor reconciliation based on the payment terms defined.

• Resolve Dispute invoices by collaboration with Purchasing team and vendors.

• Provide On the Job Training to Newcomers

• Clear Aged Transactions by performing reconciliations and working closely with suppliers and buyers.

• Work on Risk exposure items and clear them with help from suppliers and buyers.

• Completion of Month End Activities to ensure books are closed without any issues.

• Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BCom / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance). Good understanding on MS applications

• Sound Knowledge in End-to-End AP process

• 4-7 years in Accounting/AP

• Excellent written/oral communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems.

• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.

• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
