2nd Shift Technical Operator Trainer - Board-Level Repair

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Operator Trainer to our team.
Reporting to the Operations Training Supervisor, the Operator Trainer will support second-shift training operations by developing and delivering technical training programs for circuit board repair personnel, maintaining training materials and documentation, validating training effectiveness, and driving consistency in training delivery across the site.
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Create, maintain, and support standard work instructions, training materials, curriculum, and training practices for repair operations.
- Train new employees performing circuit board and server board-level repair activities through classroom and hands-on instruction.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through audits, observations, and feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
- Coach and develop employees in Trainer/Operator positions to ensure successful adoption of processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives by updating training documentation, retraining employees, and recommending effective training methods and tools.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and training teams to translate technical processes into repeatable and standardized training programs.
- Maintain employee training records, training boards, communications, schedules, and training compliance documentation.
- Promote safety, quality, defect prevention, and best-practice sharing while supporting organizational readiness and workforce development.
- Experience delivering technical training and coaching employees in a manufacturing, repair, or production environment.
- Experience developing curriculum, training materials, standardized work instructions, and repeatable training programs.
- Technical knowledge of circuit board repair, server board-level repair, troubleshooting, and manufacturing repair processes.
- Experience with failure analysis, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and defect prevention methodologies.
- Ability to train employees on the use of electronic test equipment, schematics, board layouts, repair procedures, and diagnostic techniques.
- Strong documentation skills with experience maintaining training records, repair logs, procedures, and compliance-related documentation.
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement improvements to training programs and employee readiness.
- Ability to manage projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with operators, trainers, engineers, and leadership teams.
