Job Summary
岗位职责
负责SMT, PCBA生产相关工装夹具的设计与开发, 包括但不限于:
- SMT PCB回流焊治具（Carrier）
- PCBA分板夹具
- 功能测试夹具（Functional Test Fixture）
- ICT/FCT测试工装
- 测量检具及定位工装
- 自动化辅助工装
- 铝合金, 不锈钢, 工具钢等金属材料应用
- 热处理工艺
- 表面处理工艺（阳极氧化, 电镀, 喷砂等）
- CNC加工工艺优化
任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上学历; 机械设计制造及其自动化, 机械工程, 机械制造等相关专业。
工作经验
5年以上机械设计经验; 具有电子制造行业工装夹具设计经验优先; 具有SMT, PCBA行业经验者优先。
专业技能
机械设计能力
熟练掌握机械结构设计原理; 具有丰富的工装夹具设计经验; 熟悉公差分析, GD&T及机械制图标准; 能独立完成项目方案设计到量产导入全过程。
材料与工艺能力（重点要求）
熟悉常用金属材料特性及选型原则; 熟悉机械加工制造工艺, 包括:
