Job Summary

负责电子产品测试工装及辅助设备的设计开发, 包括:
- ICT测试治具
- FCT测试治具
- EOL测试工装
- 老化测试夹具
- 气动测试夹具
- 测量检具
- 自动化测试工装
任职要求
教育背景
- 本科及以上学历;
- 机械设计制造及其自动化, 机械工程, 机械制造相关专业。
- 3年以上机械设计经验;
- 具有测试工装夹具设计实际项目经验;
- 有电子产品测试行业背景优先。
测试工装设计能力（重点要求）
- 熟悉ICT, FCT测试工装设计原理;
- 熟悉Pogo Pin, 针床, 定位机构设计;
- 熟悉气动夹紧机构设计;
- 熟悉测试工装可靠性和重复定位设计;
- 熟悉测试治具结构优化及维护方案;
- 具有多项目并行开发经验。
- 熟悉机械结构设计原理;
- 熟悉公差分析及尺寸链设计;
- 熟悉工程图规范及装配设计;
- 能独立完成测试夹具开发全过程。
- 熟悉CNC加工工艺;
- 熟悉机械零件加工及装配流程;
- 了解钣金加工, 3D打印及机加工工艺;
- 具备DFM设计能力。
熟练使用以下一种或多种设计工具:
- SolidWorks
- Creo（Pro/E）
- Inventor
- AutoCAD
