The Opportunity:
The FIS Associate Relationship Manager - Sales is a professional level employee responsible for coverage of Singaporean and Southeast Asian institutional prospective clients. This person will actively follow up on the designated and new leads, build relationships with plan decision makers and/or consultants, meet face to face, and present to Institutional prospective clients to close business. At the discretion of Management, the Associate Relationship Manager may also be responsible for coverage of clients and investment consultants.
The Day-to-Day:
- Interface with external partners and institutional team members to efficiently manage and deploy the firm's business development resources and orchestrate the institutional sales process within assigned territory
- Ensure accurate, regularly updated information regarding prospect personnel, decision-making processes, and search activity is recorded in the firm's proprietary systems
- Cold call to establish contacts and arrange prospect meetings
- Conduct formal presentations to articulately convey the firm's investment philosophy and strategies to prospects and, as appropriate, their investment consultants
- Prepare materials, strategize with senior management, and participate in execution of presentations to win business
- Explains and obtains initial new account documents needed from new clients
- Explains relevant FI policies to clients and prospective clients
- Maintains and updates databases clearly and accurately on communication activity with prospective clients and clients
- Operates and represents Fisher Investments with the highest level of integrity and work ethic

Your Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience, and demonstrated track record of success, selling investment management to institutions or high net worth individuals preferred
- Fluent in Korean and business level English
- Competitive and self-motivated-ability to set, monitor, and accomplish goals
- Resourceful and organized-ability to work smart; multi-task and address complex challenges managing a broad opportunity set
- Required to travel
- Solid investment knowledge; previous Institutional investment experience preferred
- Ability to apply mathematical and financial concepts such as geometric linking, cap/dollar/equal weightings, Alpha, Beta, Tracking Error, Information Ratio
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals
