We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Universal Banking team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects using Finastra's core banking solutions.

You will manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem implementations, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions
  • Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements
  • Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors
  • Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities
  • Monitor project performance and report on progress
  • Identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance
  • Support business development and contribute to proposals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years in IT project/program management
  • 5+ years managing core banking implementations
  • Experience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or Finacle
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, APIs, and digital banking
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus
