We're seeking a Product Analyst/ Business Analyst to play a key role in driving innovation and excellence across our product suite.

You'll work closely with Product Management and Development teams to define, design, and deliver solutions that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate market opportunities into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Gather and document functional, system, and data requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact analysis to identify affected areas of the application.
  • Collaborate on detailed specifications for new features or system modifications.
  • Support testing efforts by developing test cases and analysing results.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of product documentation and release materials.
  • Lead or support training initiatives for new features and product usage.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product management processes.
  • Facilitate meetings, focus groups, and webinars as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in the financial industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts and lead project initiatives.
  • Advanced facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
