What will you contribute?

The Digital Campaign Specialist (Eloqua) role in our Student Lending business will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our email automation system (Oracle Eloqua) and the design, testing, execution, maintenance and reporting of campaigns for a variety of government student lending programs. The successful candidate will have strong business application and system integration experience. The qualified candidate will demonstrate a great deal of passion for email marketing and have the technical aptitude to assist with the implementation and ongoing management of the Oracle Eloqua solution in order to meet multiple business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation, management, administration, technical design, configuration and customization of the Oracle Eloqua solution and campaigns
  • Responsible for troubleshooting system issues, participating in system upgrades, developing solutions and documenting processes
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Digital Marketing, Operations and Product) to implement automation for marketing campaigns and programs
  • Configure and deploy new marketing automation programs as required
  • Develop and implement reporting framework for all campaigns
  • Provide hands-on Oracle Eloqua expertise to support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns
  • Advise on best practices on Oracle Eloqua including capabilities, asset creation, quality assurance, batch processing and projected results
  • Monitor program status, identify issues that may impede attainment of goals, recommend and implement corrective measures
  • Document and organize all programs, assets, data cards, filters, contact groups, and email folders
  • Continuously analyze operational process to find and implement new efficiencies
  • Contributor to data management which includes data structure and governance
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge and stay current with new features, best practices and how they impact the customer experience and engagement
  • Primary point of contact for issue resolution as it relates to Production level issues
  • Responsible for the change management and release process of Oracle Eloqua

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience with hands-on configuration and management of email automation technology
  • Proven experience in working with the Oracle Eloqua email marketing solution or salesforce, marketo, mailchimp, google analytics
  • Practical hands-on experience with deploying emails (list pull, working with creative and copy, tracking, QA and deployment)
  • HTML development and troubleshooting experience highly desirable
  • Experience setting up, troubleshooting and optimizing email automation programs
  • Exceptional attention to detail for both campaign design and deployment
  • Experience investigating campaign issues and reporting/escalating to senior leaders as required
  • Awareness of email deliverability and email marketing best practices
  • Experience extracting and analyzing campaign reporting data and using this to share recommendations with internal teams
  • Experience creating relevant campaign documentation
  • Awareness of CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other regulatory standards related to marketing communication
  • Knowledge of DNS, DMARC, MX and IP setup processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must be eligible to obtain Government Reliability Security Clearance to begin in role
