The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Inbound Paper Processing team. In this leadership role, you will support multiple Fidelity business units by performing mail receipt, and document processing. Your focus will be on ensuring accuracy, security, and customer satisfaction. As a Workleader, you will guide the team's daily operations and collaborate with other leads across CTC to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and drive process excellence.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with other team leads
• Assist with the necessary reports and represent the manager or department as needed
• Commitment to partnering with fellow Workleaders/Managers to improve processes and meet completion goals across Inbound
