Senior Manager - Fraud Risk and Compliance - Risk Control
Fraud Risk & Control Fraud Prevention team is searching for an engaged and motivated team member to help identify fraud risks and issues. The Risk Control Senior Manager will be responsible for executing risk assessments across the different products and business units. You will assist in the execution of risk assessments and testing, finding and documenting key controls, and identify potential fraud risks that could impact Fidelity as an enterprise.
This role is critical in maintaining framework to manage fraud risks. Daily responsibilities will include consistent review and comparison of risks and controls, completing assessments for existing products and processes, and establishing relationships with Business Unit partners and FRC peers. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of fraud risk management in financial services or have experience in related fields such as Compliance or Audit.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of proven experience in fraud, risk management, audit, compliance at a financial services institution
- Strong knowledge of various risk management practices and frameworks
- Understanding of systems such as Archer
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills evidencing
- Understanding of investment products is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and mitigating fraud risks within financial institutions

- Support stakeholders with risk identification and assessments for existing initiatives
- Adapt to new information, changing business priorities, input from others, and lessons learned
- Participate in initiatives to improve existing processes within the Fraud Risk & Control team and champion an inclusive team environment.
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects and shift accordingly as priorities change
- Promote a strong control environment by documenting risk and control statements, managing overlap with other compliance programs to promote a universal policy and approach across different business units, and making plausible recommendations for improvement.
