The Team

As a Senior Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team this person will be focused on bringing deep data expertise to support B2C Marketing initiatives. These initiatives will drive awareness, engagement, and consideration for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and segments. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues, build data strategies that will identify the target audience, create benchmarks, define KPIs, harness models, measure efficacy, analyze digital behavior and identify ways to optimize key initiatives across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.

The Expertise You Have

• Deep experience with SQL to create, manipulate and concatenate large datasets
• Strong expertise working within Digital Marketing Analytics including Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics
• Demonstrated experience using Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools along with Intermediate to Advanced Python (Pandas)

• Experience interacting with cross functional partners within the organization and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative

• Understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM), Journey Builder, and other marketing automation techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or another quantitative field

• Co-create marketing strategies from a data driven point-of-view
• Understanding of business objectives while navigating your way through the data ecosystem to find the best approach
• A sense of curiosity that is always seeking creative ways to approach the next big challenge
• Attention to detail and methodical approach to any initiative you lead
• Ability to utilize data to create compelling stories that contextualized insights to effectivelycommunicate narratives and visualizations to partners

• Being a strategic data strategist that closely partners with a marketing strategist and technologist to bring impactful marketing strategies to life
• Serving as a subject-matter-expert (SME) that can utilize a plethora of datasets to address complex business objectives
• Building data experiments that will allow to continuously improve results that deliver the most value and impact to the firm
• Providing a stellar experience that delivers transparency, accuracy, and timely insights to stakeholders
