Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant, Asset Management

The Role

As a Senior Executive Assistant within Fidelity's Asset Management (AM) division, you will provide advanced and diverse administrative support to multiple executives and investment professionals. This includes proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, troubleshooting conflicts, and planning domestic and international travel. You will manage daily workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness, communicate on behalf of executives internally and externally, and build strong relationships across business units to facilitate efficiency and problem-solving. Additionally, you will engage with team members to advance best practices and cross-train on tools, ensuring seamless operations within the AM Compliance, Risk, and Business Operations team.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of executive administrative experience
  • Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively across multiple levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Initiative and follow-through to resolve obstacles and conflicts quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams
  • Collaboration, flexibility, and creativity in scheduling and problem-solving

You will be part of the Asset Management Compliance, Risk, and Business Operations global administrative team, a highly collaborative group recognized as key contributors to Fidelity's success. The team works closely with executives, investment professionals, and business partners to ensure operational excellence and efficiency across the organization.
