Senior Data Analytics and Insights Analyst

The Role

Advanced Process Solutions (APS) within Enterprise Technology is seeking a Senior Data Analytics and Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role you will provide Data Analytics and Insights to our leaders and stakeholders providing thoughtful insights that lead to executive decisions, better experiences, and outcomes.

The Expertise and Skills you Bring:

  • Possess 5+ years' experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, or any relevant field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Data Governance, Data Privacy, Data Catalog, Data Quality and Business Analysis
  • Experience with SQL, Python and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, advanced features)
  • Naturally collaborative with experience working in an Agile environment, including with remote teams, both on and offshore
  • Your data tells a story, and the able to present complex data and statistics structured in a symbiotic and clear visual manner.
  • Possess excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills.
  • Analytic expertise working with structured and unstructured data to identify key insights.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large and complex sets of data.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data.
  • Generate analytical insights using a range of analytical tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and process improvements.
  • Analyze, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders and relevant teams.
  • Implement quality controls to ensure quality standards and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders.
  • You bring passion to your work and operate with a sense of purpose that inspires and motivates those you work with
  • You are intellectually curious, always eager to learn new skills and share the knowledge with others.
  • You bring a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • You have experience in partnering with key stakeholders to understand their needs and delivering solutions to meet or exceed their expectations.
