Product Area Leader, Money Movement, Banking and Lending

The Role 
We are looking for a Money Movement, Banking and Lending Product Area Leader, who will apply their expertise in running high-performing Product organizations in the design, development, and implementation of our money movement, banking and lending capabilities and solutions that will deliver outstanding customer value.
You will build and advance the vision, strategy, and mission within the product domain, ensuring alignment with strategic and organizational goals. In an iterative environment, you will collaborate with Fidelity leaders to set strategic priorities based on customer needs and enable cross-functional squads to implement these priorities. You will support the teams in enhancing value through prioritization, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and decision-making. You will encourage strong product management skills along with tried iterative development and delivery. You will ensure a culture of accountability, innovation, and quality. Committed to continuous learning, you will bring the latest insights to empower your team.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring 
- Compassionate Leadership: Lead with insight, understanding the needs and concerns of your team members and collaborators. Balance insight with a strong focus on execution to achieve strategic goals.
- Industry Experience: Strong industry experience related to building financial banking and lending solutions as well as multi-channel money movement capabilities across multiple channels and delivery schemas in the intermediary marketplace.
- Product Development: proven experience in product development and management with a consistent track record of leading and implementing complex cross-organizational programs.
- Financial Technology: Extensive experience in financial technology, particularly with large-scale and complex programs. Brokerage technology experience preferred.
- Market Acumen: Consistent record to bring together customer and market trends and translate them into effective product strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact. Experience leading financial aspects of product lines and using this data for decision-making.
- Technology Stacks: Proficiency with multi-dimensional technology stacks and understanding full capability models, planning, and execution.
- Product Delivery: Demonstrated success in delivering technology products and services that achieve strong market acceptance, including full development and go-to-market execution.
- Agile Leadership: Agile leadership experience with a commitment to continuous improvement and fostering an agile work environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, enabling effective influence and engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: A data-driven approach to decision-making, both in day-to-day leadership and strategic tradeoff analyses.

The Team
The Money Movement, Banking and Lending Product Area has end to end accountability for all money movement and banking and lending experiences for Fidelity's intermediary clients. The vision of the Product Area is to provide digital and intuitive industry-leading capabilities through a firm's channel-of-choice. By prioritizing end-to end experiences you will deliver fully automated solutions across the IWMS lines of business. The team is committed to empowering investment professionals and their operational support teams with efficient, intuitive, and scalable workflows that drive growth and success. The Product Area is part of the Wealthscape Product and Technology Domain through Fidelity's Fund and Brokerage Operations Technology (FBOT) organization and works closely with business, operations and technology centers of excellence business partners.
