The Role

Our Content Studio team is looking for a multi-faceted designer to join our creative team within Workplace Marketing. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are comfortable in a start-up atmosphere. As a member of this team, you will design marketing and thought leadership collateral, from PowerPoint presentations to social media graphics to data visualization-heavy whitepapers. You'll work closely with our Marketing partners to ensure that we go to market in a coordinated manner and will explore content delivery via richer formats (video, podcasts, etc.) The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator and an energetic self-starter.

Responsibilities of the role include

• Designing marketing collateral in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong visual design skills
• Creativity, effective communication, time management, and analytical skills
• Ability to distill complex topics into engaging visuals
• Energetic, inquisitive, self-starter
• 3-5 years of work experience in a creative design role
• Power user of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while continuously innovating to push the brand forward
• Building positive relationships with partners and having the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate with colleagues
• Communicating with impact and clarity
• Team player willing to jump in and get their hands dirty; also an enthusiastic learner of new technologies and design strategies
• Excelling in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with stellar track record of 'getting it done,' and driving initiatives from concept through launch
