Job Title:Financial Analyst
The Role
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the group with the Daily Reserve Computation under SEC Rule 15c3‑3 and the Monthly Net Capital Reporting under SEC Rule 15c3‑1. The role will also support key daily responsibilities, including monitoring critical balance movements, performing reconciliations, and ensuring data completeness and accuracy across regulatory reporting workflows. The analyst will work closely with internal teams to research and resolve exceptions, maintain process documentation, and contribute to ongoing enhancements that strengthen reporting controls and efficiency.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- Strategic thinker who can take an end-to-end view of an issue and develop multiple solutions
- Advanced experience with various software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects) and demonstrated aptitude for building financial models for complex processes
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business partners at varying levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven organization with a desire to drive projects to completion
- Flexible, self-motivated individual that will bring energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role
- Excellent problem-solving skills; prioritizing work, breaking down issues, taking an end-to-end view, and proposing alternative solution.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple detailed processes in a time sensitive environment.

The base salary range for this position is $67,000-$127,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
