- Set direction for AM's resiliency and continuity strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while tailoring approaches to the unique needs of our global investment business.
- Provide senior‑level risk advisory support on assessments, governance, issue escalation, program enhancements, and emerging threat analysis.
- Lead a disciplined approach to continuity planning, crisis readiness, and recovery strategy, ensuring AM is positioned to operate effectively during and after disruptive events.
- Oversee testing and validation of AM's technology and vendor resiliency programs, partnering closely with Fidelity's enterprise technology teams.
- Direct the review and governance of information barriers and control frameworks across business units.
- Drive a data‑driven approach to risk identification and decision‑making through automated workflows, dashboards, predictive analytics, and leading risk indicators.
- Represent AM Risk in enterprise working groups, governance forums, and key senior‑leadership discussions.
This role offers substantial exposure to senior executives, opportunities to influence enterprise risk posture, and the ability to shape the long‑term resiliency and operational strategy for the Asset Management business.
What Makes This Role Exciting
- Enterprise Impact: Your strategies will directly influence how Asset Management prepares for, responds to, and recovers from operational and technology risks.
- Strategic Leadership: You'll shape the future of resiliency practices and advance AM's operational risk maturity.
- Cross‑Functional Influence: You'll work across the entire business-trading, technology, operations, investments, data analytics, compliance, and enterprise partners.
- Innovation Opportunity: Drive adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and modern resiliency engineering practices, including cloud‑based (AWS) resiliency.
- Executive Visibility: Present insights, recommendations, and risk intelligence to senior leaders across AM and the enterprise.
