Director, Product Analyst Estate Planning, Financial Planning & Advice

The Role
Join our dynamic Fintech team as a Director, Product Analyst, where you'll help shape innovative financial planning tools. Within the Financial Planning and Advice Product Area, you'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and business partners to turn user needs into effective, well-designed solutions. This role blends strategy with hands on execution and is ideal for someone passionate about estate planning, sophisticated financial planning, product management, and building impactful solutions.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any of the following designations preferred: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor, Juris Doctor, Master of Taxation, or Master of Laws in Taxation
- 10 -12 years overall work experience with 2 years of trusts and estate planning, income tax planning or succession planning work experience within a public accounting, law practice, or wealth management industry environment
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred
- Estate Planning, family wealth transfer planning, wills/trusts, income taxation, and trust and estate taxation knowledge (required)
- Retirement, financial, investment, and insurance planning preferred
- Experience or exposure to vendor management is preferred
- Communicates complex subjects clearly and effectively
- Possess analysis skills with the ability to understand how data and experiences work within a complex ecosystem
- Experience using AI to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience
- Exposure and/or experience with family wealth balance sheets preferred
- Thinks strategically about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the enterprise and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers

As a Product Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic Product Development team dedicated to your growth, skill development, and long-term success. At the same time, you will collaborate with a Product Management team focused on building innovative tools that enable customers to confidently plan for their financial future.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
