Strategic Partnership
The TEM Participant Engagement Strategy teamcollaborates closely with TEM Product Leadership and two participant-facing distribution channels:
- TEMPA (TEM Planning and Advice)
- WEPA (Workplace Education, Planning and Advice)
Together, these channels deliver personalized education and planning experiences to workplace participants - both virtually and on-site.
The TEM Participant Engagement Strategy team partners with TEM and Wealth leadership to drive B2B2C innovation, optimize service models, and ensure distribution channels are aligned to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the development of integrated participant engagement strategy, aligning senior leaders across TEM, Workplace, and Wealth. Drive clarity and enterprise decision‑making through strategic frameworks, success measures, and roadmaps.
- Develop and evaluate business cases for forward‑looking initiatives, incorporating competitive landscape considerations, financial modeling, and alignment with key internal business priorities.
- Synthesize data, research, and insights to shape strategic recommendations, future‑state engagement strategies, and participant service models.
- Own and manage multiple complex workstreams, ensuring disciplined execution, effective prioritization, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrate curiosity and passion for the TEM business and its participants, including mission‑driven individuals across healthcare, higher education, and other nonprofit or skilled professional sectors.
- Lead change effectively, building strong cross‑functional partnerships through empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
- Operate independently as a self‑starter, while collaborating effectively within a matrixed organization.
