Director, Infrastructure Security

Job Description:

Fidelity's Enterprise Infrastructure Distributed Compute and Storage Team is looking for a Director, Infrastructure Security, to design, develop and work with our engineering teams to implement a comprehensive security strategy covering compute and storage platforms across datacenter and cloud environments.

The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, (STEM degree)
• 10+ years' experience in IT across a broad range of technologies
• 3-5 years specific experience in working in technology security, with a focus on server and storage infrastructure technologies
• Directly interacting with technology business partners and managing expectations
• Ability to effectively work in a global team environment characterized by rapid change and high availability targets (24x7 operations and support)
• Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise products and solutions
• Experience with supporting internal and external audits
• Working knowledge of industry security standards and frameworks e.g. NIST, ISO, SOC
• Good interpersonal and team skills across all organization levels and multiple organizations
• Collaborative approach to gain consensus and support
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Organizational and planning skills in a 24x7 environment
• Good co-ordination and delegation skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
