The Role
The Digital Account Management (DAM) product area within Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) is seeking a Engineering Leader to shape the strategy, technical direction, and delivery of digital capabilities that support Institutional Account Onboarding and Account Maintenance. You will lead agile teams, partner closely with product leadership, and ensure delivery of scalable, resilient, and modern solutions that meet the needs of Clearing Advisors, RIAs, home‑office teams, and representatives.
In this leadership role, you will define engineering standards, influence architectural decisions, drive technical health, and advance the long‑term modernization of the digital account management products. Success requires strong collaboration across product areas, architecture, operations, and dependent platforms.
The Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrated success providing strategic engineering leadership across multi‑team or multi‑platform initiatives
- Experience in talent development, workforce planning, skill alignment, and managing a balanced FTE/contractor mix
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Rest, JavaScript, Angular, or similar technologies
- Strong architectural background, including accessibility, security, resiliency, and enterprise design standards
- Proven ability to guide estimation, solution design, dependency management, and technical decision‑making for complex work
- Experience improving delivery outcomes through modernization, technical‑health management, automation, and AI tools
- Extensive knowledge of operational excellence, including observability, site reliability engineering, and production support models
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, architecture, and business partner groups

We focus on creating intuitive digital workflows that reduce friction, improve accuracy, and accelerate asset realization for Clearing Advisors, RIAs, and home‑office professionals.
