The role
As the Director of Creative Operations at Fidelity Center for Family Engagement, your responsibility is to coordinate and ensure the completion of all creative and thought leadership initiatives. Your role is pivotal in connecting with cross-functional teams and translating business priorities into actionable workflows. Working closely with and reporting to the VP, Content and Brand Strategy, you play a vital role in balancing innovation with execution, elevating our brand, and accelerating results across all projects!
Key responsibilities
- Drive the operational and business functions of the content and thought leadership team, including tracking and reporting on metrics and driving process improvements to improve clarity, speed, and quality.
- Build strong collaborative partnerships across FCFE teams to ensure consistently high quality, timely, and high-impact work.
- Facilitate connection and clarity through a deep commitment to interpersonal dialogue and an ability to tailor communication to all levels of the organization across formal, informal, and written forms.
- Manage intake, prioritize requests, schedule tasks, optimize workflows, document processes, and implement tools for collaboration.
- Identify and integrate tools (e.g., project management platforms) to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
- Implement and maintain documentation of operational processes, guidelines, and standard methodologies.
- Translate business initiatives into creative plans, ensuring alignment with brand business goals, and learning objectives.

Your ability to bring organizational and systems thinking to the table is essential. You possess a deep understanding of creative development, brand strategy, and instructional storytelling. As a proactive problem solver, you are able to navigate ambiguity and complexity while balancing strategic alignment with day-to-day execution. Empathy for creative professionals and the nuances of the creative process is crucial. A strong organizational approach emphasizing clarity and action is necessary. Experience in environments combining brand, learning, and behavioral change is highly valued.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
