As a Business Analyst Consultant within the Core Wealth Platform Product Area, you will support multiple platform team initiatives aimed at growing our core business and scaling our technology platforms. You are a detail-oriented analyst, who enjoys technology and innovation, with a natural curiosity and a passion for problem solving. The role will focus on the development and implementation of Investment Exposure and Risk Analytics to help our Brokerage, Wealth, and Workplace customers reach their financial goals. This is part of a larger strategic initiative to build an Insights platform of the future, with flexibility and scale to meet our growing consumers' needs. This position combines big-picture vision with practical execution, making it an exciting opportunity for candidates passionate about innovation and financial planning thru digital financial technology.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough analysis of customer needs, business processes, and technical capabilities to create and prioritize solutions.
- Collaborating closely with partners to drive capture requirements, documentation and informing the path and implementation plan.
- Working closely with systems analysts researching data, accessing APIs.
- Participating in development cycles, balancing pace over perfection.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or master's degree with 6+ years.
- Experience within the Financial Services industry, specifically investment performance and analytics preferred
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Desire to work collaboratively in an cross functional team.
- Strong execution background with the ability to multi-task and prioritize for efficiency and business need.
- Proven ability to write business requirements, identify use cases with attention to detail.
- You have demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills and bring an intellectually curious approach day in and day out
- Ability to collaboratively build and present a compelling story based on data and analysis
- Data/API query a plus (JSON editor, BRUNO, SQL/SQL Dev.
The Team
You will be a member of the Investment Exposure and Risk Analytics & Insights team that is part of the Core Wealth Platform Product Area. Your primary focus will be developing and supporting investment insights and analytics for our Wealth, Brokerage and Workplace customers. In this role you will partner with a variety of key stakeholders including other teams within the Product Area, Wealth Solutions, Brokerage, Workplace and Wealth Technology partners. You will learn best in class delivery process to drive scale and operational efficiency.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
