Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce platform development to lead and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver, capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.

The Senior Salesforce Developer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient, end-to-end business processes.
- Apply Salesforce development best practices including code reusability, bulk-safe coding, and reusable component architecture.
- Drive bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables and quick turnaround on enhancements and fixes.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals.
- Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure adherence to security and performance guidelines.
- Manage deployment processes using CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Gitlab), and Salesforce DX.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend enhancements to leverage new platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to performance, data integrity, and system behavior.
- Development experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
Minimum Required Experiences:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 2+ years as a senior developer.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly analyze issues, and deliver effective solutions under tight deadlines.
Desired Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 3+ years as a senior developer.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, with proven leadership in enterprise-level projects.
Target Pay Range: $123,000.00 - $161,000.00 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
