Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expertise in assessing and identifying potential Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success. You will join a team of trusted advisors to first line business units and work with key stakeholders across the enterprise in risk mitigation.

  • Contribute to all aspects of the AML/OFAC compliance program, including but not limited to, risk assessment, control evaluation, training, and performing compliance reviews of parties and loans escalated by first line stakeholders.
  • Guide team in preparing analyses and reports used to determine business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise and to evaluate the impact of those risks.
  • Lead and oversee initiatives to remediate control gaps. Document resolutions and control enhancements.
  • Deploy training and communications on AML and OFAC-related topics to relevant stakeholder groups.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years
  • Effective communication skills, including experience making complex information accessible to a broad audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience managing manual processes.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; experience prioritizing assignments and meeting regulatory reporting deadlines.
  • Experience independently interacting with employees at all levels of the organization, including developing senior management/Board-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams and SharePoint.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and deploying compliance training.
  • Working knowledge of AML/OFAC compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with automation of manual processes.

Target Salary Range: $123,000 - $161,000 a year
