Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will guide and provide expert advice on the end-to-end management of programs that support strategic initiatives, operational needs, and key business objectives. In this role, you will support multiple teams and projects by planning, coordinating, and executing program activities related to Model Lifecycle Management (MLCM), while aligning stakeholders, processes, and deliverables to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Provide program management expertise supporting Model Lifecycle Management activities, including forecasting, lifecycle processes, MUSE, change management, and compliance.
  • Manage, prioritize, and coordinate model requirements across Lead Model Users (LMUs) and key stakeholders.
  • Establish and execute communication plans, facilitate meetings, and document key decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor program goals, milestones, and deliverables, reporting on progress and identifying risks or execution gaps.
  • Maintain and manage required compliance and governance documentation to support audit and regulatory expectations.
  • Coordinate, as needed, development and business production activities to support delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Promote transparency, risk awareness, and disciplined execution across programs and initiatives.
  • Support facilitation and coordination of broader Finance Business Architecture (FBA) initiatives and cross-functional efforts.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years of related experience in program management, project management, or a related discipline

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated or governance-driven environment
  • Familiarity with model governance, lifecycle management, or risk/compliance frameworks
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Target Salary: $123,000 - $161,000
