Job Description

As a valued colleague on our Resolution Planning team, you will help perform various tasks related to maintaining compliance with FHFA's Resolution Planning Final Rule (12 CFR Part 1242). A resolution planning rule is an important part of FHFA's ongoing effort to develop a robust prudential regulatory framework for the Enterprises. In this role, you will participate and engage in cross-functional strategic execution and engage project teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of resolution planning deliverables.

  • Assist with timely program execution of resolution planning requirements, including the biennial resolution plan submissions to FHFA and related regulatory commitments.
  • Identify and help implement improvements to streamline and enhance resolution planning processes and methodologies.
  • Collect and interpret financial data, such as income statements, balance sheets, or other financial statements.
  • Participate in activities that support the strategic goals and vision for business units and/or the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with your team and internal partners on unit's production, activities, and efforts.
  • Participate in the day-to-day operations, including: financial analysis, governance, tracking of deliverable milestones, and preparation of presentations and other materials

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years of Finance-related experience
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • MS Tools (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint)

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in finance, treasury, or accounting field
  • Experience in project management
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across an organization

Target Salary: $94,000- $122,000 per year
