Job Description

As a valued colleague on our Enterprise Marketing team, you will contribute to the development and creation of content grounded in audience insights that effectively communicate the Fannie Mae narrative. You will help us brainstorm and develop impactful content ideas. You will manage the development process end-to-end to create content that drives audience engagement: from developing research and learning agendas, to collaborating on the creative process with other members of the Marketing team as well as internal cross-functional teams, such as business and legal stakeholders. Lastly, you will oversee content execution in collaboration with our brand and paid media teams.

This role requires strong partnership and collaboration with internal subject matter experts, legal and compliance stakeholders, internal and external agency partners, and channel owners to develop and execute brand-building content themes.

The Enterprise Marketing - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Research and identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust, or redraft the organization's marketing plan and philosophy.
  • Develop creative briefs and work closely with internal and external agencies to develop compelling campaign creative and messaging.
  • Create and deliver content optimized for different marketing channels and audience segments, including website, display, social media, video, articles, case studies, email marketing, and more in support of key business objectives.
  • Bring marketing experience and ideas to target and connect top talent with rewarding careers at Fannie Mae through integrated marketing. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to craft compelling stories and campaigns that showcase Fannie Mae's culture and employee value proposition (EVP), attracting candidates and building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Translate data, insights, and trends into actionable content strategies. Leverage research and data to assess performance, prioritize areas for continuous improvement, and uncover new ways to meet audience needs.
  • Clearly present information to both internal and external audiences verbally or in writing in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Includes presentations, copywriting, planning and distributing communications, etc.
  • Analyze social media data to derive actionable insights, leveraging metrics and trends to inform and optimize content strategies, improve audience engagement, and drive continuous improvement in publishing performance.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years related experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Experience creating and optimizing marketing content for website, display, social media, video, articles, or email marketing, etc.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and working with internal and external agencies to develop compelling campaign creative and messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, consumer insights, and market research findings.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively solving problems.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in employer brand or talent acquisition marketing efforts.
  • Proven ability to lead through change, adapt to shifting priorities, and motivate teams.
  • Driven by discovering new opportunities and finding creative solutions to bring innovative concepts and ideas to market.

Target Pay Range: $96,000 - $124,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
