Job Description
As a valued colleague on our Digital Product Marketing team, you will be accountable for the digital experience for Single Family, Multifamily, or Capital Markets business segments. This includes: partnering with segment marketing teams to understand their business goals, initiating and prioritizing digital projects and executing on roadmaps, analyzing user experience data, sharing results and performance with stakeholders, recommending and implementing testing and optimization plans, and ensuring that projects are executed within brand standards.

The Digital Marketing Specialist role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and advancement of the digital experience to advance organizational objectives and goals for lines of business.
- Oversee digital experience execution for assigned business segments and key audiences with an emphasis on the main website.
- Monitor audience journey and business performance across digital channels (e.g. website, email) according to goals and KPIs and make recommendations.
- Develop and execute digital test plans.
- Perform website audits and identify action items.
- Partner with other areas of digital marketing team such as analytics, channel owners, website operations, audience experience/content to develop strategies and execution plans.
- Partner with legal and risk teams as appropriate.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 2 years related experience in digital marketing creating content, making strategic recommendations and executing experiences across websites.
- Experience managing website A/B testing.
- Experience analyzing digital marketing web analytics and making recommendations for optimization.
- Prior experience managing and executing parts of a digital strategy.
- Prior experience taking research and data insights and applying them to recommendations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in financial services or a highly-regulated industry.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and compliance requirements.
- Google Analytics and HTML/CSS knowledge a plus.
- Understanding of marketing automation and multi-channel campaign orchestration including email journeys, cross-channel content distribution, customer journey mapping, and marketing KPIs.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
