Job Description
As a valued leader on our team, you will manage team responsible for collecting, analyzing, and/or interpreting financial or operational information which could include trend analysis and identification of gaps and opportunities. In this role, you will manage the reporting on the valuation of assets by assessing current condition and recommend debt structures by analyzing refinancing options.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The CIO CFO - Financial Planning and Analysis - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Act as a senior, trusted finance advisor to our Technology Infrastructure leadership team, shaping investment strategy, articulating trade-offs, and influencing decisions across cloud, on-prem, and enterprise services.
- Lead end-to-end financial stewardship for large, complex infrastructure budget, including multi-year planning, budget ownership, forecasting, and performance management in a fast-paced, highly interdependent environment.
- Translate highly technical and operational concepts into executive-level financial insights and narratives, enabling clear decision-making at the senior leadership level.
- Drive partnership and alignment across Technology, Procurement, and Enterprise Finance, balancing cost, risk, resiliency, and scalability while maintaining strong financial controls.
- Operate with strategic autonomy and sound judgment, navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing demands while mentoring team members and raising the overall maturity of IT financial management.

Target Salary: $123,000 - $161,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
